Carter Coe, CFA, a Georgia Tech alumnus with a background in Business Management, has developed a distinguished career in finance and investment management. He currently serves as the Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Chinook Forest Partners, where he has been leading since January 2019. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Carter has honed his expertise in investment sourcing, client and manager relations, and financial strategy.

Prior to his current role, Carter held key positions at Stafford Capital Partners, including Principal and Senior Associate, where he was instrumental in managing timberland investment funds and conducting due diligence for asset acquisitions. His career also includes experience with MetLife's Timberland Finance Group and a research assistantship at the University of Georgia's Center for Forest Business, which laid a strong foundation for his specialization in forest finance and investment.

Carter’s commitment to finance and sustainable investment is further reflected in his academic journey, which includes a Master of Forest Resources in Forest Finance from the University of Georgia. His professional accomplishments and dedication to sustainable finance underscore his impactful contributions to the forest investment industry and beyond.
