Biography

Braden Willis is a seasoned financial executive with over a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions within the healthcare sector. He currently serves as Managing Director of Healthcare Services M&A at Truist Securities, where he has been instrumental in leading strategic initiatives and driving successful transactions for healthcare clients. With nearly 13 years in this role, Braden has cultivated extensive expertise in the complex landscape of healthcare services, providing clients with insights that support growth, restructuring, and transformation.

Before joining Truist Securities, Braden worked in corporate development for Surgery Partners (formerly NovaMed, Inc.), where he was a key player in M&A and corporate strategy. His experience also includes time as an M&A Analyst with Kurt Salmon Capital Advisors, now part of Accenture Strategy, where he advised clients in consumer goods and retail on acquisitions, valuations, and financial modeling.

Braden holds an MBA in Finance from Emory University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Known for his skills in financial modeling and valuation, he is highly regarded by colleagues and clients alike for his strategic perspective and dedication to achieving successful outcomes in complex financial transactions.
